Privacy policy

01Who we are and what this covers
JINGI Corporate Solutions Private Limited ("JINGI", "we") helps Japanese companies establish and operate in India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where a Japanese head office is involved, Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
02What we collect
Information you give us directly, when you request a consultation, write to us or engage us for work:
- Your name, company, role and business contact details
- The contents of your enquiry and later correspondence
- Documents needed to deliver the services, such as those required for incorporation, licensing, HR, accounting and tax work
This website collects no information automatically beyond what a web server records to stay secure, such as an IP address and the pages requested.
03How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver and administer our services, meet our own legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
04Legal basis
We process personal information where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to the address in section 11.
05Who we share it with
- Government, tax and regulatory authorities in India, where a filing or approval requires it
- Professional advisers and service providers who are bound by confidentiality
- Your head office or affiliates, on your instruction
06Transfers between India and Japan
Because our work connects an Indian entity to a Japanese head office, information may move between the two countries. We apply appropriate safeguards wherever it is processed, and we transfer it only to the extent the engagement requires.
07How long we keep it
Only as long as the purposes above require, including any period that Indian company, tax or accounting law obliges us to retain records. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
08Security
We keep reasonable technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
09Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to the address in section 11 and we will respond within the period the law allows.
10Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this section will say so before it does.
11Contact and grievances
Questions, requests and complaints about personal information go to the Japanese desk at jpdesk@jingiglobal.com, or by post to JINGI Corporate Solutions Private Limited, 13th Floor, Imperia Mindspace, Unit 0001, Opposite AIPL Business Club, Sector 62, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, India. A grievance officer will be named here once designated.
